Don't forget to log into Zoom and adjust your name before joining the group if you need to keep anonymous for safety reasons (survivors of abuse etc).
Private Session: Whatever the client prefers. Some individuals require microphones and no cameras on, others need to remain completely anonymous for safety reasons. Alternatively, other individuals prefer text format only. We aim to provide quality services to suit a variety of modality requirements and preferences.
Grief Group: While we do request cameras are kept on when possible as it is a group session we understand. If someone is concerned for their safety - then we welcome them to remain unidentified when attending the group, including changing name and camera off.
We understand that sometimes people need a minute, or are multi-tasking.
Microphones are encouraged to be kept off until an individual is ready to share.
We only ask that clients attend the sessions they book as places are limited with the Thursday Grief Support Group. People can reschedule at any time.
Only mutual respect. For a full scope review the “Grief Group Guidelines”, “Code of Conduct” and “Privacy Policy” documents here: https://forgeclarity.com.au/documents
