Every referral receives confirmation within 2 business days. Your patient will be contacted within that time by their nominated form of contact to schedule their first appointment.
Our team will develop a comprehensive intake summary within 48 hours of your patient's first session, including our assessment, treatment plan, and how we're supporting any medical recommendations detailed in the referral.

Your patients don't wait. We typically schedule new clients within 1-2 weeks, with same-day consultations available for urgent situations. Evening appointments ensure working patients can prioritise their mental health without disrupting medical appointments or regular work hours.
We offer a variety of remote therapy options to meet your patients' accessibility needs and preferences.
We specialise in therapy approaches that directly support medical treatment compliance, pain management, and health behaviour changes. Our therapists understand how mental health impacts physical health outcomes and work collaboratively with your treatment plans.
Our treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, trauma-informed practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. We use standardised assessments to track progress and can provide quantitative updates on patient improvement for your records.

Every 5th therapy session is automatically 50% off. This simple benefit encourages consistent attendance, improving treatment outcomes while reducing cost barriers. There are no membership fees, upfront costs, or additional paperwork required from referring providers.
You can refer patients by secure email with an official letter of referral. We need minimum information: patient name, phone number, primary concerns, and any relevant psychiatric history or current medications affecting mood or anxiety etc.
Before their first session we get clients to complete a waiver and agreement form that we use to gather additional important information such as emergency contact information and any additional information the client deems important to share.
Helpful additional details include specific triggers you've observed, medical conditions that may impact mental health, family concerns, or treatment goals you'd like us to support.
You'll get immediate confirmation that we've received your referral and patient contact confirmation within 24 hours. We can only provide an intake summary of sessions, including our assessment and treatment plan with the clients written consent.
Medical Integration Specialties
We provide psychological support for chronic pain conditions and lifestyle modification assistance. We help patients manage their well-being while maintaining appropriate healthcare engagement. Our services include support for medical trauma, anxiety, PTSD, addiction and fear of procedures. We address psychological barriers to treatment adherence and medication compliance.
Primary Mental Health Concerns
We specialise in trauma and PTSD, including medical trauma, accidents, and childhood trauma. We provide substance use support for alcohol and prescription medication misuse, as well as addiction recovery support.
We help patients navigate life transitions including job loss, retirement, divorce, grief, and major life changes.
Our practice serves individuals 18 years and older. We provide specialised care for each client helping them to deal with a variety of issues. We also support healthcare workers experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and workplace trauma.
The first appointment is a comprehensive 50-minute session. Ongoing care consists of regular 50-minute sessions with flexible scheduling. However, our Urgent sessions run for 1 hour and 20-minutes. Our loyalty program automatically reduces financial stress as patients earn their 5th session at 50% off without additional steps or paperwork. Where needed we coordinate with emergency services and provide immediate safety planning.
Our clinical staff includes licensed therapists who are registered with ACA with extensive experience in healthcare settings. We are located in Sydney and are a remote therapy service.
