How It Works
Simple & Straightforward: For every four sessions you complete at our standard rate, your 5th session is automatically 50% off.
No Upfront Costs: Unlike membership programs, there are no monthly fees or commitments - just show up for your sessions and earn the discount automatically.
Example: If your regular session fee is $100 AUD, your 5th session costs only $50 AUD and the booking fee will be $25 AUD. If you book an urgent session the fee goes from $150 AUD to $75 AUD and the booking fee will be $37.50 AUD.

Program Details
Qualifying sessions types that count: Regular sessions and Urgent sessions.
All modes of therapy qualify: Text, call, video, Zoom, Google Meet, Teams
Consistent attendance required: Sessions must be attended, not just scheduled.
No cancellation penalties: Properly cancelled sessions (24+ hours notice) does not reset your count. If your 5th session needs to be rescheduled it will remain at 50% discount.
Session Tracking
We handle all tracking - you don't need to keep count.
Session counter resets after each discounted 5th session.
Payment & Billing
Standard sessions (1-4): Paid at regular rate at time of service with the booking fee.
- First regular session booking only $70 AUD with booking fee of $50.
- First urgent session only $120 with booking fee of $50.
Discounted session (5th): 50% discount applied in final invoice after 5th session.
Payment methods: Same options as regular sessions, a bank transfer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What happens if I take a break from therapy?
A: Your session count stays active for 6 months from your last session. After 6 months of no sessions, the count resets to zero.
Q: Can I share this discount with family members or friends?
A: No, the loyalty program is individual. However, family members and friends can each earn their own discounts through their own session attendance.
Q: What if I need to cancel my 5th session?
A: If you cancel with proper notice (24+ hours), you keep your discount for when you reschedule. The 5th session discount remains available until you use it - unless the six months goes by without the session being completed.
Q: Do urgent sessions count differently?
A: Each scheduled appointment (either Regular or Urgent) counts as one session toward your loyalty program.
Q: Do missed appointments count?
A: No, you must attend the session for it to count toward your loyalty program. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) don't count and don't reset your progress.

Cannot be combined: This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers such as the free grief support group or the free twenty minute consultation.
Non-transferable: Discounts cannot be transferred to other clients or saved for future use beyond the 6-month window.
Program Changes
30-day notice: Any changes to program terms will be communicated 30 days in advance.
Existing progress honored: If program changes, your current session count toward discount remains valid.
Right to modify: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program with appropriate notice.
